Graduate Student Orientation and Handbook
You are about to start on an exciting journey of self-improvement, professional growth, and academic excellence. Graduate Student Orientation provides new Master's and Doctoral students the occasion to receive an overview on how to be successful in graduate school and the resources and student services available to them. New graduate students who attend Orientation will have the opportunity to:
- Network with faculty, staff and current graduate students
- Receive literature on current academic and student services available for graduate students
- Take part in a panel discussion on tips to be successful in graduate school
- Attend workshops designed to introduce students to graduate writing and research
