Spring 2010 Presidential Dissertation Fellowship Recipients Announced

The Graduate School is pleased to announce the recipients for the Spring 2010 Dissertation Fellowship. These three exceptional candidates are the latest group of Ph.D. students to receive dissertation research funding assistance, sponsored by the President’s Office.

The UTSA Library provides “crash courses” on a scheduled basis through the first six weeks of the Fall and Spring semesters. Crash Course tours provide a library staff-led tour of the John Peace Library, offering an overview of library services and resources. Crash Course Intros combine a tour with a visit to one of our instruction classrooms and a look at online library resources.
M.S. in Urban and Regional Planning program announced for Fall 2010 pending SACS approval

Pending approval from the SACS Commission on Colleges, UTSA will begin offering a Master of Science Degree in Urban and Regional Planning in the Fall of 2010. The Master of Science degree program in Urban and Regional Planning (MSURP) will prepare students for leadership roles and careers in the public and private sectors for the purpose of planning and designing communities within the growing South Texas region.
